Many consider the xerographica to be king of the air plants! They have long beautiful ribbon-like leaves that grow long over time and curl. The Color is generally light green and silvery-white.

Talk about a hard plant to kill. Tillandsias don’t even require soil. They drink and eat through their “leaves.”

• Once wet, more water doesn’t do a thing. Wet ‘em and leave ‘em.

• But be sure to shake off excess water. Do not let water pool in the tillandsia (this will cause rot)

• To water, simply mist with water bottle about once every week or two.

• These xerographicas are large enough that you can submerge in water for an hour if it's easier, once every two weeks

• If you missed a cycle, don’t worry, and don’t try to make up for it.

• Watering too often can make the center area rot, so don’t overfuss.

• If the tips of leaves are “pinching up” and you haven’t watered recently, it’s time to water.
