Description

Tillandsia, also know as "air plants", do not require soil to grow. The Scaposa is characterized by the bright green leaves it produces in an elegant fountain shape. They have a high number of trichomes, and so can withstand bright light and less water. When in bloom the tips turn a pink/red color, and the plant produces purple flowers from the center.

When I was a little girl my mom had one of these- this one is just like it and it takes me back to that house, to that moment. I know how to take care of it because I used to help my mom taking care of her plants.
