We apologize for your Soil & Clay product arriving damaged during shipping. We do our absolute best to ensure safe and healthy arrival for all of our products.
For broken non-live products, please email our support at info@soilandclay.com so they can either ship a new one or provide a store credit.
For live goods that arrive dead, we will issue store credit for the plant. Please note, we have a 14 day live goods policy. After 14 days, we will not credit, replace, or refund for dead plants as most plants will die within 2-3 days if there is indeed a problem with the plant.
For plants that arrive damaged, this will not qualify for a refund, store credit, or replacement unless the plant is actually dead on arrival. Shipping live goods can be very stressful on plants and some leaves/branches may arrive damaged. We do apologize if this happens as we are shipping live goods, however, the plant will still be okay and grow new leaves/branches soon!
We ask that you have your order number and a photo of your damaged product ready, then let us know via email so we can issue a store credit ASAP! Please email this to info@soilandclay.com
